Facility and Room Rental Information

The Hunter's Creek Community Association is proud to offer Eagle Park Community Building (2950 Hunter's Creek Blvd.) and Osprey Park Social Center (5100 Town Center Blvd.) to residents to rent for private events. Fees vary by room. Special times and restrictions apply.

Guidelines for Outdoor Recreation Facility Permits

Permits are available for all recreation facilities based on specific seasons:

  • Permits are limited to a total of 3 hours per week per requesting group.
  • Permits are limited to the hours between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
  • Permits from residents whose account is in arrears for any reason or do not possess current Hunter’s Creek identification cards will be held for action until resolved.
  • Applicant must be present and have permit in possession during ALL permitted hours.
  • Submitting false or inaccurate information may cause a permit to be revoked.During permitted hours and on request by staff, deputy, or park patrol, residents must provide all Hunter’s Creek ID cards that are submitted with application and be able to verify ratio requirement of 1 resident for every 2 guests. Failure to do so may cause a permit to be revoked and applicant’s loss of permitting privileges. 
  • Permit holder is responsible for all actions of participants associated with your party.  All participants are restricted to permitted area. 
  • Destruction or abuse of HCCA property may cause a permit to be revoked.
  • All areas are required to be cleaned and trash removed by your party.
  • Commercial or for-profit activity in any park is prohibited without HCCA approval.
  • Profanity, loud music, and other disruptive behavior are not allowed and may cause a permit to be revoked.  
  • Pets are only allowed in designated dog park areas and adjacent parking areas.
  • Skateboards, bikes, roller-blades, or scooters are NOT allowed on tennis courts or basketball courts.  All motorized vehicles must remain in designated parking areas.
  • No inflatables, bounce houses, water slides, etc. are allowed.
  • HCCA reserves the right to close any field, court, or facility for bad weather, field conditions, special events, construction, etc. without notice. Permits become invalid if field/court closure signs are posted.
