A Hunter’s Creek ID card allows residents use of parks and facilities that are designated for resident use only, such as the dog parks or practice fields. An ID card is also required to reserve field or court time. Staff and deputies check for IDs to make sure non-residents are not using our facilities.
Getting a Hunter’s Creek ID is easy. Just go to the local Publix, located at 3972 Town Center Blvd. in the Colonial Promenade Plaza. Go to the Customer Service Department and tell the clerk that you would like a Hunter’s Creek ID card. They will take your photo once you provide proof of residency (owners may provide a deed, settlement statement, driver’s license with HC address, or expired ID; renters must present current lease agreement). They will send the information to Hunter’s Creek Town Hall to be processed and your ID will be mailed directly to you, which usually takes about 10 days.
You may also visit the Osprey Park Community Building, located at 5100 Town Center Blvd., during the hours of 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday, to have a Hunter's Creek ID card processed.
House guests may be issued a temporary pass for use on HCCA property for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days. Hunter's Creek residents with ID cards must apply at the Town Hall in person accompanied by the potential passholder, or the potential passholder must have a notarized statement from the owner.
If you have any questions about this process, please call the Town Hall at 407-240-6000. |
